All major construction work is now completed

All major construction work is now completed at Tas-Sellum in Mellieha, apart from finishing works in some apartments in phase 3.

All blocks now have occupants and the 3 swimming pools have been commissioned.

A small selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses are still available for sale. Prices for 1 bedroom apartments start from Euro175,000, 2 bedroom apartments from Euro245,000 and 3 bedroom apartments start from Euro245,000. Penthouses start from Euro675,000.
