The Ta’ Monita Lifestyle
Marsascala is one of Malta’s most up-and-coming destinations, and the Ta’ Monita Residence is going a long way towards upgrading this already-picturesque locality.
Located in the south of the Island, Marsascala has developed substantially from its roots as a tiny fishing village, but still retains much of its traditional charm. Especially popular during the summer months, this seaside resort offers an abundance of top restaurants and bars, as well as scenic promenades and playgrounds for families to enjoy.
The area is also extremely up-and-coming as a business
destination, with many leading firms choosing to locate their offices in
Marsascala. Additionally, it is within easy reach of the celebrated commercial
and business Smart City development, which promises to bring a range of top
international organisations to the locality.
